YOGA FOR CHILDREN

Our instructors are qualified to deliver Yoga to children between 2.5-11 years old. This certification is accredited by the Yoga Alliance.  

We provide the highest quality teaching for all children, using traditional yoga postures, breath awareness, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, in a fun and engaging setting. We  are able to link our sessions with current class topics & PSHE, with advanced notice. Our focus is on helping the children to develop life skills to look after their own emotional and physical wellbeing.

School Health Hubs are a fantastic opportunity for schools to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of pupils and staff... an example in action...

 

"Every Wednesday afternoon we provide 2 hours of Children's Yoga during curriculum time.  After school we then deliver a Yoga class for staff.   Once a term we also stay for an additional hour to deliver different workshops focused on improving physical and mental wellbeing.    Individually, staff can also book sessions should they need more support or personalised interventions."
