1. Booking & Payment

1.1. All bookings must be accompanied by full payment of the appropriate course fee to secure a place.
1.2. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. You may cancel your booking up to 7 working days before the course start date and receive a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7 working days of the course start date are non-refundable, except as provided in 2.3 below.
2.3. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you may request a credit transfer (‘roll over’) to another available session.
2.4. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for refund or transfer.
2.5. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue issues, insufficient participants). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative course (if available) or a full refund. No further liability shall apply.

3. Participant Fitness & Medical Information

3.1. By booking, you confirm that the participant is physically fit and able to take part in all course activities.
3.2. We may request additional information based on any medical details you provide.
3.3. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, you authorise us to administer or arrange appropriate treatment, including first aid.

4. Liability & Conduct

4.1. Any damage caused by the participant to facilities, equipment, or property may be charged to you.
4.2. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred while attending the course, except where required by law.
4.3. We may offer prizes during sessions. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

5. Behaviour, Safety & Disciplinary Policy

5.1. The safety and wellbeing of all participants is our top priority.
5.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for:

  • Bullying or aggressive behaviour

  • Endangering others

  • Repeated disruption
    5.3. In such cases, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to arrange and cover any transport or accommodation costs.

6. Photography & Media

6.1. External parties are not permitted to use video or audio recording equipment at our sessions.
6.2. You may take still photos, but only during designated times advised by staff, and solely for personal use.
6.3. By booking, you agree to our Media and Photography Policy (available on request), unless you opt out in writing.

7. Parental Responsibility

7.1. If you are not the parent or legal guardian, you confirm that the child’s parent/guardian is aware of and agrees to the booking and these terms and conditions.

8. Legal Information

8.1. These terms and your booking shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
